Custom Lasik Intralase

This was my custom lasik intralase surgery preformed by Dr. Daivd Schanzlin of TLC Laser Eye Center in La Jolla, California. I was at a -2.75 and -3.0 with 1.0 astigmatism . By the next day I was already seeing 20/20. There was no pain what so ever during the surgery. There was some pain and dryness later that night after the surgery but nothing out of the norm. I am experiencing slightly dry eyes but it has only been 4 days since my surgery. Im so pleased with the outcome.

I had my lasik surgery done by Dr. Jeff Boomer at Hunkeler Eye Institute in Overland Park, KS. I looked all around the Kansas City area for Lasik surgeons. Only Dr. Durrie and Dr. Boomer did intralase, which does not use a blade. Dr. Boomer was the only one certified by Intralase as an iLasik surgeon, so I went there. I will post my 1 year anniversary thoughts in a sep. video. It has been great!
