My surgery was performed by Park Avenue Laser Vision. The surgery was performed on 2/21/08 by Dr. Emil Chynn. This is the newest, bladeless, flapless laser procedure (called LASEK, not LASIK) and I am now seeing 20/30, just 3 weeks after the surgery.

What’s the benefit of using radio waves instead of laser or electrosurgery?

First, the low-temperature waves used by radiosurgery means that tissues are not burned like they are with electrosurgery.
